Editorial content and source links
OndaVox content is provided for information and editorial discovery. Summaries, translations, rankings, comparisons, labels, and AI-assisted output can contain errors or omissions. You should read the original source before relying on a report.
Third-party publishers retain their rights in their work. OndaVox does not claim ownership of third-party articles, videos, feeds, or trademarks. Links to third-party sites are provided for attribution and reader context.
No professional advice
OndaVox may cover technology, business, markets, policy, security, health-adjacent, legal, or financial topics. That coverage is not professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult qualified advisers where appropriate.
User and contributor content
If you submit content, profile information, comments, article drafts, media, metadata, feedback, or other materials, you represent that you have the rights needed to submit them and that they do not violate law or third-party rights. You grant OndaVox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, edit, translate, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that material for operating, improving, promoting, and archiving the service.
Advertising, sponsorships, and affiliates
OndaVox may display ads, sponsored content, affiliate links, product placements, or commercial calls to action. We aim to label paid or affiliate material clearly. Commercial relationships do not give sponsors the right to disguise advertising as independent editorial content.
Intellectual property
OndaVox software, design, databases, taxonomies, original copy, workflows, brand assets, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, we and our licensors reserve all rights. You may link to public OndaVox pages and make limited personal or internal use of excerpts where allowed by law.
Third-party services
OndaVox may integrate or link to third-party publishers, advertisers, affiliate merchants, analytics tools, AI providers, email providers, social networks, market/weather data providers, and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or transactions.
Disclaimers
OndaVox is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, source availability, error-free AI output, or that content will remain available. We may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue features or content.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OndaVox and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made based on OndaVox content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnity
If you use OndaVox on behalf of a business or as an admin/contributor, you agree to indemnify OndaVox against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use, submitted content, rights violations, or breach of these terms, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws, the courts of Basel, Switzerland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service, law, or business practices change. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
